<title>My thoughts of MLE Asia Final 2008</title>
      <link>http://community.majorleagueeating.asia/_My-thoughts-of-MLE-Asia-Final-2008/BLOG/84536/34528.html</link>
<description>This event had history in the making. The crowds was there and, so were the media. The stage was set with glittering lights. The crowd cheered on for the contestants. I myself was interviewed by a couple of reporters who were interested in the event. Winston won the local satay category, I came in second. The curry puff was won by "huhster" from edmw forum at hardwarezone. He had also won over Johnson Heng who this time eat 6 pcs of curry puffs. As a consolation, my record of 12.5pcs of curry puff at 8 mins still stand. However, I have not regretted swapping to satay. It was one of the best things that happened in my life. I had never imagine that I would be at the same table competiting with two of the world best in speed eating. It's like taking a penalty kick at Iker Casillas, putting with Tiger Woods or Racing with Hamilton. Hi-light of my day would be when Kobayashi came up to me and shake my hands on my debut of competive eating. I would say it was a trade well worth taking which was to make a swop to satay. God bless Kobayashi who had win the First MLE Asia title for Asians. You have done us proud. You have made me proud to be an Asian. Losing was part of any competition. I have gain valuable expirience from it. For example, like how support from friends really matters. I would like so say thanks to Hairi, Shah, Kenneth, Weily, Ah Heng, Desiree and many others who have support me through out this competition. Like Joey, I was dissapointed. Fret not. Just like him also I will make a comeback by joining more MLE competition and I am going for the win. Regards Zack "Attack" P.S Thanks Ryan for the name.</description>
